All Ads placed in
the Directory can be located using the "search" features in both the
Directory section and by using the Advanced Search of the main site. As an
advertisement "Poster & Owner" you will be able to see how many views
YOUR ad has received. This is probably the best way to calculate the
effectiveness of such an advertisement. The "Ads View" count will only
increment when true calls for your advertisement occur and will not increase
with views from the admin team or the ad's poster. Ad's can be modified and
elements added or removed (e.g. Business Hours) as many times as you wish.
Please note though, all ads and modifications are assessed by the admin team
prior to publication and may be refused.

By participating in the Directory you are not tied to
any contract or expected to renew your ad. You can simply choose to allow your
Ad to lapse at the end of the initial period without any obligation, if you
choose to do so your ad will not have cost you a single penny. Prior to
acceptance and/or modification www.holmeschapel.net will review your Ad and
maintain the right to refuse or delete any ads that are Racist, Misleading and
Sexual in any way or that may cause offence. In addition www.holmeschapel.net
reserves the right to delete any ad without notice or explination. If in doubt

ad.
Placing an advertisement
in the directory is quick, easy and very flexible. Choosing this option will
allow you to: Display your contact information such as:
Company or Organisation Name
Full Address and Postcode
Up to Two Land line Telephone Numbers
One mobile Telephone Number
Your Existing email Address
A Link To Your Existing Website
You can enter or omit whatever suits your needs. Our site
will just adjust the output to avoid any ugly gaps!
A block of text
containing Up to 5000 Characters to describe your business. (No
HTML)
Display Your own Image within the Ad (image must be .JPEG
or .GIF and of size width: 200 pixels x height:
150 pixels). If not it will be re-sized to these
dimensions but may appear distorted. The image is clickable and will open in a
new window to its full size (if larger than 200 x 150 pixels).
(We recommend an image size of less than 800 (h) x 600 (w) pixels in
JPEG format. It must be less than 125kbs in file size, it is achievable to have
an image of this size with an image size of approx 100kbs.)
You
have the option to display your opening times. There are four slots for
each day of the week

REMEMBER! Your Ad can be modified at any time and
altered as your business changes. As the Ad owner you will also be able
to view the number of times your Ad has been displayed, indicating the
effectiveness of this system for you.

If accepted your Ad is published until September
2009.
If not accepted your Ad is deleted.
After September 2009 you will have the option to continue
with the service or not
If you do not wish to continue with the service your ad will
be deleted (That's it!)
If published any modifications to the original Ad will be
monitored and may be amended by the Admin team if found to be
unacceptable.
Misleading, sexual or offensive material will be classed as
misuse. Serious or continued misuse of this facility will result in the Ad
being withdrawn.
